Dogs are barking

After five days, my feet seriously hurt. Ouch.

tape your toys and change your shoes mid-day...

Take off your shoes and your socks then walk around on the rug bare foot and make fists with your toes.

roll your foot on a cold soda or beer can, this will help calm your arches. don't forget to be drinkin a beer while doing this type of therapy.

okay, I don't know who Foot Dr. is, but I like the way he/she thinks. Although I don't know what taping my toys would do ...

taping your toes, such as the third and fourth help take the pressure off and you will produce less blisters. and it may help you walk more evenly on your foot, (if you have that issue). When your feet hurt you tend to clench your toes and that is bad, taping helps with that.

Wow, Dr. Col, I had no idea ... and foolish me didn't check the blog until I got home, so I didn't get your sage advice until it was too late! But that's okay ... I wouldn't have traded it for anything, sore feet and all.
